Work responsibilities:
- Setup and maintenance of desktop computers, laptops, MFPs, scanners, and other office equipment.
- Troubleshooting issues with Windows (7/10/11), macOS, Microsoft Office, drivers, and other office software.
- Installing/reinstalling operating systems and basic software, disk cloning.
- Working with network infrastructure: basic diagnostics of LAN/Wi-Fi, IP addressing, configuration of routers and switches.
- Modification and assembly of desktop PCs.
- Support and tracking of office equipment and IT hardware.
- Network printer setup and troubleshooting printing errors.
- Maintaining inventory of equipment and tracking IT assets.
Requirements:
- Secondary specialized or higher technical education (preferably in IT).
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Understanding of hardware and software principles.
- Willingness to handle both Level 1 and Level 2 support tasks.
- Intermediate spoken English required; knowledge of Estonian and Russian is a plus.
Additional (preferred but not required):
- Basic knowledge of AD, DNS, and DHCP.
