Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Head of Product to define and articulate a compelling product strategy that aligns with overall business objectives.
- Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, outlining key milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
- Continuously update the roadmap based on stakeholder feedback, market changes, and internal insights.
- Lead the vendor selection process, including evaluating 3rd party software, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing the entire vendor lifecycle.
- Ensure that selected vendors meet quality, cost, and performance criteria.
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to translate product requirements into actionable user stories and strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among all team members to ensure successful product delivery.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain competitive and innovative.
- Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new product development.
- Regularly communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify market opportunities, and prioritize features for development.
- Drive product analytics initiatives, leveraging data insights to make informed decisions, optimize user experience, and achieve business outcomes.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in product management and/or project management roles within the fintech or related industries.
- Demonstrated experience in managing seamless third-party integrations, and enhancing product functionality and user experience.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with a proven ability to utilize data effectively in strategic decision-making, optimizing product performance, and solving complex problems efficiently.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong collaboration skills with both technical and business teams, including vendor interaction.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with a strong ability to make decisive, prioritized decisions.
