Work responsibilities

  • Collaborate with members of the Marketing team to penetrate key markets.
  • Define the approach for the overall sale of new business.
  • Develop a comprehensive sales and distribution strategy to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Develop sales and distribution policies that reflect the organization's goals.
  • Direct the Sales team in generating proposals that define a clear path to client satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Foster relationships with new partners to achieve desired revenue.
  • Influence senior stakeholders within customers' organizations and premier buyers in the industry.
  • Investigate factors impacting sales performance.
  • Leverage innovations to maximize revenue of traditional and digital assets and products.
  • Monitor changes in the industry and leverage them for business opportunities.
  • Participate in conferences and represent the company as a speaker to discuss the new changes in the industry and practices.
  • Promote positive relationships with major customers to understand their needs.
  • Participating in RFPs and engaging in these activities, the Chief Sales Officer plays a crucial role in driving the organization's sales performance and ensuring long-term success.
  • Provide input on sales incentive structure and key performance indicators to help monitor targets.
  • Recommend changes in pricing structures in product lines or products.
  • Responsible for generating such reports and measuring performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Chief Sales Officer, or any similar Executive role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English languages
  • Additional languages are a plus
  • Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth in
  • Have a strong influencing, problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Have a good understanding of market demand and customer purchasing behavior
  • Can build and maintain quality relationships with customers, stakeholders and other companies
