Responsibilities

Financial Accounting and Billing:

• Generation and distribution of invoices.
• Monitoring of incoming and outgoing payments.
• Reconciliation of data between internal systems and reports from banks/payment schemes.
• Analysis and resolution of discrepancies in transactions and charges.

Price List Management and Updates:

• Keeping pricing plans and fee structures up to date.
• Updating rates according to changes in partner agreements or internal product conditions.

Assessment of New Billing Items:

• Analysis and implementation of new types of fees, charges, and commissions.
• Calculation of potential margins and revenue impact.

Stakeholder Request Management:

• Formulating requirements and tasks for development, product, and finance teams.
• Tracking progress of tasks related to billing process improvements and automation.

Billing Support for Internal Teams:

• Consulting support, sales, and account management teams on billing-related questions.
• Explaining calculations, tariff structures, and billing mechanics.

Process Automation and Improvement:

• Participating in optimization of billing and reporting processes.
• Configuring and testing new functionalities within billing systems.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
• Understanding of financial flow principles.
• Experience working with billing systems.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
